This was my first experience with Arslanian Brothers. I brought in an area rug for cleaning, and was very pleasantly surprised with the result. Evidently I didn't realize how soiled the carpet really was, because it looked amazing after cleaning. The colors popped and were much more vivid. The price was also reasonable. I would definitely use this company again. more

Love supporting a great local business! 9/30/2015

I've been going to the Arslanian Bros. for a long time now. They always do good work. If I ever had an issue after they fixed something, which I haven't, they would come back right away to remedy it. Their technician is very friendly and their uniforms and truck make them very recognizable. The only thing I would want improved is their window time of arrival. I just want a shorter time of arrival if that was possible. I would have also given them a five out of five for their price for value if they could give repeat customers some kind of discount or have more coupons readily available. That would be great if they did. Other than that, I have always had very good experiences with Arslanian Bros. and love supporting a local family business. more

Never Ever Disappointed 8/28/2015

Plus we had this horrible terrible moth crisis -- all these carpets in the armoire almost eaten by moth larvae -- arslanian froze them in their cool freezer thing and repaired -- they looked like new -- i'm happy about them every day! You'd never guess they had holes -- very good... more

Superior performance and customer service 8/11/2015

I thought our elderly bichon ruined our beautiful dining room rug with her constant accidents. I had a Canton company clean the rug; however, the results were miserable and their customer service was appalling. My husband called your company, explained the situation. You picked up the rug, cleaned and deodorized it, and delivered it back to us. I can't believe I was ready to pitch this rug. It looks fantastic and has absolutely no odor whatsoever. I would recommend your company to anyone! Friendly people and fantastic service!!! Yay for you! Thank you so much! more

Super Emergency Response!! Best value in town. 7/4/2015

June's heavy rain resulted in water in our basement for the first time ever. Called @ 10:30 am on a Monday for help. Cliff & Jeff showed up at 3:00 pm and extracted, cleaned and deodorized the wet carpet. They were the most professional, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and calming contractors I have ever worked with. 10 days later, I had a different Jeff & Jeff for a follow-up cleaning and deodorizing. Same experience. Both calls all in for $750 (SERVPRO quoted me "thousands" for the first call). Arslanian Bros. is the absolute best. Special thanks to Cliff, Jeff, Jeff and Jeff!! more

I'm convinced that you can't find a better carpet cleaning service in Greater Cleveland than Arslanian Bros. Every time I use them, they are professional, show up on time, do exceptional work, and perform above my expectations. You might find someone cheaper but I doubt you'll find anyone better. more

Good work but late. 6/8/2015

We used Arslanian Bros. to clean our upstairs and downstairs carpeting, and a couch and a chair. They were two hours late; I had to call to figure if they were still coming. The work is good, the timing was annoying. more

Excellent, courteous and professional service! 5/9/2015

Tim, Jim, and Hank repeatedly have provided excellent, courteous and professional service in cleaning, repairing, and delivering my Oriental rugs over the years. I recently scheduled a pick-up of one rug for routine cleaning, but the pick-up revealed moth eggs in not only the one rug but four others as well! On Ted's advice, Arslanian took all rugs to be washed and frozen. In addition, the first rug had been torn and required repairs. Hank did an awesome job with the repairs, finding replacement components to match closely the rest of the rug. Tim and Jim returned all the rugs and amazingly were able to move furniture quickly and arrange the rugs in precisely the same positions as prior to their removal. What a relief! more

Amazing 5/7/2015

Cliff Arslanian and his partner, Jeff, just left. Wow! Our off-white carpet and sofa look new again. We were amazed at their teamwork and professionalism. 1500 sq ft of carpet and one sofa cleaned in less than two hours with every piece of furniture back in place. more

Carpets & Rugs: Well Done and Enjoyable Staff 5/6/2015

We had to put down our 12 year old cocker spaniel due to some serious health issues. Her final months included some significant clean-ups. I took 3 rugs to their shop for cleaning and repair. The work was done as promised and Ted was very fair in the identification and pricing of the repairs. After bringing them home, one of our daughter even remarked, "I didn't know there was white in that rug." We also arranged an appointment for the cleaning of the carpets in our home. My wife was extremely happy with the quality of the work and our carpets look fantastic. She also spoke very fondly about the care that Alan and Jeff took in the moving of our furniture, and their friendly demeanor. Thanks to your whole team for the service you provided to our family. I'm sharing this news with people I know. more

The technicians Dave and John were very knowledgable about services and products. They were well organized and very neat. They did our whole house in a relatively short amount of time. They adhered to all my requests and were extremely friendly. I would highly recommend them and the company. Even though the carpeting is still wet it looks great more

Beats out the competition by a landslide! 4/30/2015

Dave and John were totally understanding and non-judgmental of my carpet which was embarrassing to me. They advised me they also had children and totally get it. John and Dave were friendly to my kids and me and did the job fast and complete. I was surprised how gorgeous everything looked. Excellent job and nice guys! more
