I saw their advertise. I called and scheduled an appointment, I pay them with my check. I did change on my work schedule, after 3 weeks the called me and said they are not able to make it on Nov 11, and need to reschedule my service on Nov 14, 2-5 PM. I came home earlier from work and waiting for their technician to show up and do service. I called them at 3 pm to make sure they didn't forget about me. A lady that answered my call take my information like a new costumer and she told me some one will call me. After 30 min some one called me and told me their technition is not able to do my service today and some one will call me next week and schedule another appointment !!!??? What should I do? I mead 2 times change in my work schedule and I steel need this service to be done. RESPONSE FROM Arocon Roofing: Dear Mr. Kia, I apologize for the complications that you had with your tune-up. Unfortunately one of our technicians was injured the day of your appointment and we have been a little short staffed in getting to all of our customers. We do very much value you as a customer and your business and would be more than happy to work with you to ensure that we can accommodate you with an appointment that works around your work schedule. Again I am sorry for your issues and hope that we can prove to you what a great company we truly are. more
