Rented a 2014 Chevy Impala Oct. 31-Nov. 15\r Early evening on Nov. 12, (away from home), tried to start the car to go home, car was completely dead, key stuck in the ignition.\r Had to walk home, called the Enterprise number, had to leave a message. (Emergency number on the back page of the contract.)\r Had dinner reservations that had to be canceled, no car.\r Next morning, had tee times, had to cancel. No call from Enterprise, Surprise, had to call them. They contacted ERS Emergency Road Services, had to meet the service guy where the car was sitting, he jumped the car and \r advised not to turn off, otherwise it would not start.\r Drove directly to Enterprise, Surprise, waited approx. an hour for another vehicle. \r No offer of compensation for lost time. more
