Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Enterprise in Surprise Arizona was helpful in renting a car to be driven from Arizona to Columbia Missouri. Employees were courteous but the fees were outrages. I realize it was a one way rental but it cost $500 extra dollars bringing my total charges to $1,360.00 whoa thats alot of $$$$. I should have bought a used car and could have sold it when I got to my destination. Bring those cost down a little and stop gouging the consumers. more

This location in Surprise was available on a Sunday which made it possible to return the vehicle on the way back to Phoenix, AZ. Had I rented in Phoenix on my arrival Sunday a week prior it would have been over 600.00. By picking up the car the next morning in Surprise, my total rental was right at 221.00 for the week. Phoenix is especially pricey to fly into and rent vehicles. Any time you can rent from Enterprise outside of the airport district, you will save a considerable amount of money to be enjoyed on other parts of your vacation. I have done this in other cities as well. I choose to do business with Enterprise because of their charitable endeavors with the St. Louis Area and the customer service I always receive. more

Rented a 2014 Chevy Impala Oct. 31-Nov. 15\r Early evening on Nov. 12, (away from home), tried to start the car to go home, car was completely dead, key stuck in the ignition.\r Had to walk home, called the Enterprise number, had to leave a message. (Emergency number on the back page of the contract.)\r Had dinner reservations that had to be canceled, no car.\r Next morning, had tee times, had to cancel. No call from Enterprise, Surprise, had to call them. They contacted ERS Emergency Road Services, had to meet the service guy where the car was sitting, he jumped the car and \r advised not to turn off, otherwise it would not start.\r Drove directly to Enterprise, Surprise, waited approx. an hour for another vehicle. \r No offer of compensation for lost time. more
