Enterprise employees were polite and courteous, the car was practically new and had no mechanical problems. Now for what could have been better: When I picked up the car, I had to do my own walk-around inspection without supervision by an employee. The car was not clean on the outside and it was in a dimly lit location. Fortunately, no previous dents were found. While loading the car at home for our trip, I found used tissue paper, popcorn and toothpicks on the floor. A printout of local restaurants was found stuffed between the front seats. The inside of the windshield had numerous suction cup marks from previous GPS rentals. The previous rental policy, with the renter's name and other personal information was found in the glove box. The car was obviously not cleaned and prepped before my rental. OK, but nothing to brag about.
