When we went to pick up our rental car there was some confusion on our reservation and, at the time, management was not able to resolve the matter positively. \r

Since then, we have received an apology from the manager and excellent customer service.\r

I appreciate that the management was able to recognize that there was a problem, addressed the problem, and corrected the problem. In a day where companies don't see the need for customer service, it is nice to see Enterprise Rent-A-Car show excellent customer service.\r

I usually refer this location out 2-3 times a month to my customers and will continue to do so. It is nice to know that if something does go wrong that my customers will still be taken care of.
