Our reservation was never processed and the manager, Harrison, was very condescending and unwilling to resolve the issue in a professional manner. His solution to any confrontation to his half truths was to refuses us rental. Basically bullying us several times not to challenge him or else we won't be able to rent a car. Once it was proven to him we did call and make a reservation, he started acting as the over compensating manager who wanted to make thing right. Unfortunately, it was insincere. Never did he apologize for for accusing that we didn't call (basically stating we were lying), or was sympathetic to us for being upset. Instead he kept acting if we owed him an apology for using raising our voice and using a curt tone with him.
Never in my life have I ever been treated so rudely by an Enterprise Rental office.
In this situation the rental is being provided through an insurance claim and we had to use them. If it was a private booking, I would of walked out and gave my dollars to another company.
