WORST EVER IN THE HISTORY OF DOCTORS offices. EVER. Dr ran blood test on me and did not guide me properly prior to this test. CELIAC test requires consuming gluten for 6-8 weeks prior to the test if you are 100% gluten free. I was told NO, you do not have to consume gluten. WHY? WASTE of time and money. I am now more upset by the billing department manager. NOT professional or compassionate at all. Also, returning calls within 48 hours is a moot point to her. I should have received a call back last Friday. Nothing. I had to call myself only to have her shut me up without trying to understand what had happened. Terrible. DO not go.
