Very poor customer service! 10/16/2014

My clothes dryer needed a new drum belt. We called and Andy's said they had the right belt. We brought in the original owners manual with the serial number and model number on it to be sure we had the right belt. Came home and the belt didn't fit it was the wrong belt. It was almost 5pm and on a Friday. I called and the person I spoke with told me they had given me the wrong belt and I could come pick up the right one. (I live on the other side of town) and they closed at 5:30. I would not be able to get there before they closed. I called another store that is only a few blocks away and they had the part so we picked another up from antoher store. When we returned the belt to Andy's the woman who was working was rude, not friendly and seemed very upset that we wanted our money back for the belt. We explained that they were the ones who gave us the wrong part even with the model number. She continued to be very rude. Horrible customer service! I will never go to or recommend Andy's to anyone in lincoln!!!! RESPONSE FROM Andy's Appliance Repair: I am truly sorry that you had that experience with our company. I understand the frustration in getting the wrong part, we use manufacturer lookups to make sure that we have the best information possible. If there is anything that we can do to make it up to you we will. more
