I had a HORRIBLE experience and see that many other customers had and awful experience, as well. 75% bad reviews vs. 25% good reviews! The owner of the company ""Robert"" had such poor customer service skills. Quoting us a price of 250 for the inspection and 350 for the test. Never mentioned that it was 350 to perform ONE test. Once the inspection was finished the quote was up to 3200.00! We ordered a test and that test was said to be completed and reported back to us in 3-4 business days. That was important because it was part of a home inspection that we are trying to conclude. Over a week later and 14 PLUS phone calls (NONE of which were EVER returned). I asked for a reimbursement and that we will no longer need any results. We will need to go through a different company. The owner then responded with an immature attitude that he will not give me my money back and whenever the results come in I will get them and pay for them whether I like it or not. Needless to say, my attorney called him and ""poof"" he had the results ready to send them. Do to his immaturity in handling this matter I question the credibility of the report. I question the credibility of his company. There are many mold inspectors out there, do yourself a favor and skip the stress and use a different company.
