I've had a couple experiences with Hayward Auto Care, since I had bought a used Volkswagen GTI from a private owner. There was an issue with the engine, so I brought the car to Ken. While thinking about the possible issues, he called me back and verified some details with me that I had not described very well on my part.
Ken was able to diagnosed my Volkswagen (the turbocharger was no running). I really appreciate that instead of replacing the turbo charge, and making me pay two thousand dollar, he instead repaired it and I paid 600 dollars! Ken did not go into sweet talking me to replace the part. They are confident about what they do, and I also feel confident about them!
