My experience starts with unpacking my wife's gift to find the battery won't take a charge. Tina at the currie customer service team immediately sends a new battery to the house and couldn't be more helpful. I believe I had a defective scooter cause later I found out it wasn't the battery it was the charging port- but no worries cause Tina sent a new one to the house. With friendly and accommodating staff they really made the experience a non issue. I couldn't be more happy "dealing with it" cause it was such a minor issue and getting it resolved was even less painful than figuring out the problem. Curries' management should be applauded for both hiring friendly staff like Tina and for their customer service; resolving issues promptly and painlessly. I would definitely recommend buying Currie!
