I bought the car on 1/11/14 and regret it every day. They gave me a car with front end damage (bumper was scraped and nicked in several spots). They said they would not be happy until we were happy like 7 times, but then proceeded to touch up the paint on a plastic bumper on a brand new car. We all know how this will look in a year. They only used one coat of spray, so the black is still visible. This is an ongoing saga. Also, our sales guy told us we could start the car using BlueLink app, but as it turns out that feature is NOT available on our car, since we do not have auto start installed. We were leased a car that was damaged and did not have what we specifically were told it did. Take it or leave it is their tactic, but leaving it would be considered repossession. Don't do it to yourself. You too will have regrets. more
