While the driver from Mountain Moving & Storage was satisfactory, I had several irreplaceable items broken. The packing was really negligent. They clearly didn't pack things well. I was told that I would receive a complete, full pack, meaning that any items in my personal tubs would be wrapped and moved. They weren't wrapped well, so I had some very personal items, family heirlooms, that were broken. I was really displeased. The driver also was displeased when he saw how things were packed. They did not fulfill what was promised.
