While the driver from Mountain Moving & Storage was satisfactory, I had several irreplaceable items broken. The packing was really negligent. They clearly didn't pack things well. I was told that I would receive a complete, full pack, meaning that any items in my personal tubs would be wrapped and moved. They weren't wrapped well, so I had some very personal items, family heirlooms, that were broken. I was really displeased. The driver also was displeased when he saw how things were packed. They did not fulfill what was promised. more

Everything started out great with Mountain Moving & Storage. They seemed very nice at first, but in the end, there was a lot of damage done to my possessions. When I opened boxes, I found some lingerie that I was going to give to my son's fiance as a wedding gift wrapped up with artificial flowers. There was silverware just thrown into a box. They had damaged my bedroom set and dining room set. They just threw things around like they didn't care. When I expressed my disappointment to them, they told me to file a claim. I took a lot of pictures, but it took forever to process my claim, so I just let it go. They already got paid, so it didn't matter to them. I will never use them again, and I will never recommend them to anyone. Don't use them. more

We were completely satisfied with Mountain Moving & Storage. Number one, the guys that came and packed up the house were very professional and quick. Then the driver that dropped our stuff off in Washington was awesome. His crew was very good as well. They were two days late with our delivery, but without any problem they credited us the amount they said they would. They were very professional, and they treated our stuff as if it was their own. more

My family and I have used Mountain Moving & Storage about six times in total. I recommend them to others because they are honest, they do the job, and they do what needs to be done very well. more

Mountain Moving & Storage provided good service, as in, they were on time, nothing was broken, and the move was successful. It was just more on the expensive side compared to the other companies I've seen. more

They were friendly and very personable. They worked hard and were willing to do this and that for us. They packed us up one day and unpacked the next day. They gave me the best move I've ever had, and this is coming from a guy who spent twenty years in the military. We were very happy with them. We ABSOLUTELY recommend them! more

I did an interstate move with Mountain Moving & Storage. They worked with me within the time frame in which I wanted my stuff delivered and picked up. Overall, it was a seamless experience. They also worked with my corporate office from the payment perspective, so it was all directly billed and really easy. more

The attention I got from Mountain Moving & Storage was incredible. I got an appointment immediately with a salesperson who came out, was very personable, and was spot on with the estimate. The date that I needed was available. They called and kept on top of the appointment date. They also provided packing material free of charge. On the day of the move they showed up on time with a great crew and did an excellent job. There was no damage done and they delivered on time in very timely manner. It was all good. The guys that they hired up here were very professional as well and also did a great job. more

Mountain Moving & Storage is simply FANTASTIC. I am their biggest fan. They take care of your possessions, but more importantly, they take care of YOU. I find them to be the most kind and courteous people. Scott, Didi, Paul, and Logan have all become friends of mine during a stressful time when I had to move four times between Florida, Texas, and Arizona. I can call Paul right up asking if he can come get me, and his response to me will simply be, "Everything is going to be okay." I have only had one mishap with a broken picture frame, but otherwise, I cannot recommend any moving company more highly than I do Mountain Moving & Storage. more
