Bobby (can't remember his last initial right now, but my order # was 5707) was kind and thorough and considerate, as always. My battery needed a charge because of the extreme cold we've been having, but he explained it all to me, and there was no charge = a battery check is part of the oil change routine. Glad I took my car in when I did, even though it was bitter cold (again) that day, cause it was due for an oil change, and I didn't realize the battery needed a charge when I brough it in.\r
