We moved to the east Millcreek area in Sep. A neighbor who works or volunteers with best friends and cares for local outdoor cats gave us a voucher to get our cat neutered. Brickyard was listed as one of the places that would honor the voucher. The voucher was not honored because of the wording on it. The reference by the people who are sending them business meant nothing. $184 later, our cat is now fixed. They didn't even offer to give us a discount or anything. The lady at the front desk was a b.... . She made a smart remark to my wife about being lucky we didn't have to pay another customers bill when the other clerk told her the balance was $1000.\r

So much for trying to support your local businesses. We won't be going there again! Too bad for them. I have a dog that needs a couple hundred dollars of elective surgery.\r

I feel bad for best friends too. Their volunteer gave us misleading info and a place they supposedly have a business connection with doesn't care to try to work with those sent by them.
