Previous visits to the dealership for repairs were not in their system. Information entered when scheduling service on line was not in the system when arriving at the dealership. Watching the service team for almost an hour, the staff was not friendly at all, and the manager walked around or sat at his desk without providing any assistance to customers or his team. The staff was too busy to give anyone the proper attention deserved, and were often short with the customers, while the manager throughout the hour made no attempt to help. The services personnel don't seem to understand they are in the service industry taking care of people. Their focus was processing cars much like an assembly line. I truly was being shuffled in and out. This is the 2nd very similar experience I have had at this dealership. more
