Sales & Service 3/31/2014

I neglicted to do the sales survey back in December after we bought TWO new Elantras. John Willis was our salesmen. He gave us the absolute best price we could have asked for on a two car purchase. He stayed with me after closing, and even delivered my wife's new car to her work location. He went above, and beyond. We had two oil changes one on each new vehicle Tuesday March 25, & Friday March 28, 2014. Our service advisor Michael Camp wasawesome. We got in, and out very quickly.On the later oil change the low tire pressure light was on, and Mr. Camp had that addressed before giving us back our vehicle. Humble Hyundai is a great dealership. I have alredy referred several friends & family members to Humble Hyundai. more

Service people are really nice 3/22/2014

This location is really great and the service people are very kind and understanding. The onlt way this would be a great visit is if you never had to get service in the first place, just wishful thinking. more

Good Service 2/28/2014

This is the second time I have used the maintanence department here. Both time for oil changes. The first time I was informend that I needed to have a repair done that would take two hours but I was on a time crunch so I deferred it to next oil change, however when I scheduled next oil change online and included that I would need to have that repair done in comments, when I got to service center they only showed it as a review not a repair and I was told that the repair would take four hours and since I scheduled a late appointment they could not do repair that day. I assumed that there was a record of previous visit on this repair needed to be done, so I was not as detailed as I should have been. But all was worked out and this will be taken care of on my next visit for 60,000 mile maintanance. more

Good job 2/8/2014

I went in for a recall repair, recoat of protectant on paint, and oil change. Everyone was very courteous. As far as I can tell, they did an excellent job. I thought the car wash should have been included in the protectant application, but I was told this ahead of time. more
