Christo IT Services is our IT department. They're easy to access and when we put in a problem, we get a ticket over the email so they're very responsive, that's a good thing. The bad thing is that I'm always buying new equipment because their service contract states they won't work on something that's over "x" amount of years and that it would take too long. There's also not continuity among the staff and their skill sets so you end up calling for specific people who you know they know what they're doing.
They are adequate. I judge them on how much is fixed with out me knowing and how few people are coming to my desk saying a computer or something else isn't working.
