I had a good experience using Christo IT Services until they sent us a letter that said that they would no longer provide service to us, without much of an explanation. They were pretty helpful before that happened and charged a reasonable price. more

A leader in IT support 3/6/2015

We have been with Christo IT Services for four or five years. They have been very committed to helping us renovate our network structure. They were very attentive, and ninety percent of the time they were quick to get back to us. They told us about costs, and I did not feel they were trying to push sales or their software on us. more

Met My Expectations! 2/13/2015

My company used Christo IT Services for about five years and I would say they were consistent with their service and the timing of their surfaces. They kept our systems running great, and we were happy with them. However, I do feel that their charges were a bit on the high side and, ultimately, they changed their billing system and we decided to no longer use their services. more

I use Christo IT Services for all my computer issues. They always fix them quickly, and on the first try. They are always cordial and polite. They know computers. They have never come across a problem that they couldn't fix. more

Always informative and easy to talk to 12/16/2014

I use Christo IT Services to monitor my software and provide antivirus and offsite backup. They are always very easy to talk to. The only issue is some communication issues where you don't always gets informed about changes that need to happen. more

Reliable and efficient service 12/5/2014

Christo IT Services addressed all my technical difficulties right away. I like how when I call, I can speak with a live person, and I don't have to wait for a call back. They do a variety of technical services for us. When we switched from our old service to Christo, they upgraded our server and expanded our space, speed, and memory. more

The company I work for uses Christo IT Services to keep up with the maintenance of our computers. They always reply immediately and are good about corresponding through email. They can fix the problem through their location and computer. It is a little over-priced but reasonable. more

I pay a monthly service charge to Christo IT Services. They provide server support, and they make sure my computer is always up and running without any issues. They make sure we do not have viruses. I feel the monthly service I pay for is worth it. more

I hired Christo to provide IT support for the small company I work for about 6 months ago. They've provided support and handled major hardware and software upgrades for us in that time, all with a level of professionalism that exceeds my expectations. Their response times are great. Their techs are helpful, thorough, and have zero attitude -- even working with some tech-challenged members of our office team. I give them my highest recommendation. more

One thing we very much appreciate is that everyone can reach out of them directly, it doesn't have to all go through one person. Knowledgeable and responsive 3/28/2014

I'm a manager on a remote construction site and, typically, I'll have events where something will go out on my laptop either program-wise or in the logistics and it is very convenient that I can simply send an email to Christo It Services. They can just come online and go on my computer from where they are and make any correction or adjustments. There have been times were they've had to come out to the site but, typically, I can just have something corrected within an hour or at least within a day. I've been with them for four year so far.
