I am responding to the entirely false and malicious comments and reviews being posted regarding our boarding by one vindictive person. I work at Seven Springs Animal Hospital; we treat each and every pet that comes in as if they were our own. I have to respond to this review because I take it personally that such lies are being spread- look around and consider all the 5 star and excellent reviews our clients have posted about our award winning facility and think about this comment as the one bad apple: I say this because we took such good care of these 2 dogs in particular and it was obvious that the care was appreciated by the dogs and also by the owner when they were picked up. My coworkers and I keep the kennel immaculately clean; we bathed these 2 dogs as needed on our own time at no charge to the client as a courtesy and brushed them daily and also exercised them daily in the yard. Honestly I was told by other staff members and I agree they looked better going home than they did when they were brought in. Though this owner declined any medical services and only used our facility for boarding (even after the false and malicious allegations she didn’t seek medical attention for her pets with any vet or respond to our phone calls to check on the dogs)I want to point out that her intentional attempts to tarnish this Hospitals reputation is bringing undo stress to a group of people who have the highest level of character and integrity of any I have had the pleasure to work with!
