I have a lease vehicle so this may not be the same for a buy. I pay extra each month for the car wash that doesn't even work. It was supposed to be included. Internet sales did nothing but lie to catch the sale. I was never offered a loaner, ride, or rental when my car was towed did to flat tire on my way to work. The car itself has given me no problems. I just do not recommend this dealership.
