This is absolutely the worst moving company I have ever dealt with. I contacted this company last week on Jan. 15, 2014 to schedule a move. Their rates seemed reasonable and their hours were flexible. I explained that I would be getting the keys to my new apt. on Friday Jan 17th at 5pm. The guy I spoke with on the phone was 'Alex' and he said he could schedule me at 8pm. I said that would be fine and would give me the chance to get some things together beforehand. However, when Friday rolled around, my roommate said he was getting several calls from the movers wanting us to move up our scheduled time to about 11am! My roommate explained that we would not even be getting the keys to the new apt until 5pm and told the movers to stick with the already scheduled time. After we got off work and got the keys, we again started receiving phone calls to move up the time slot. We finally got home at 7pm and the movers showed up at 7:45. The driver who said his name was 'Albert' immediately said he was tired and asked if I could reschedule. I thought he was joking so I didn't reply but when I walked him through the garage into the apt. he started shaking his head and simply said ""I'm gonna call my boss."" He walked back outside and I figured he'd be back in a few minutes. However when I walked back outside, both Albert and the moving truck were gone! I called the phone# 210-853-8989, and Alex answered. I asked him where the movers were and he said they were headed back to the office because one of the movers was feeling sick and they would be sending a new crew out. It's about 8pm now and so I'm hoping they can get back out there soon. After about 30 minutes, I called back to check their ETA but this time no one answered the phone. After several attempts, I finally gave up and started moving items with my own vehicle. At about 9:15pm, I receive a phone call from Alex asking if my move can be rescheduled for Sat. at noon. I reminded him that I had to be out of the apt the next day and that would not suffice. Alex said he would offer me a lousy 10% discount for the inconvenience! I explained to him that I needed the movers back out there asap, and I would consider a minimum discount of 20%, since I had already moved most of the heavy furniture myself, and that discount was generous on my end. Alex said 20% was above his authority and he would have to call his corporate office to get an approval. I told him I expected a call back regardless of what the corporate office (which I doubt even exists) has to say. Needless to say, I never heard from Alex again. Luckily, a good friend was able to give us a few hours of his time and use of his truck to allow us to get everything out of the apt and into the new one. \r

In addition to this webpage, I have also already reported them to the better business bureau and I do not wish this type of horrible service to anyone.
