I've gone to Curtis at MSI Automotive for many years. For the most part, my experience has been very good. The staff is reliable and kind.
They've been servicing the used Suburu I bought five years ago with 40,000 miles on it. However, since then, I've spent over $7,300 in repairs alone! Granted, I have driven an additional 65,000 miles, but every time I go there, I end up spending over $700. I'm just not sure if it's the car or if it's Curtis' work. I asked for the opinions of some other customers, and they don't seem to have the same issues with the prices and the amount of repairs. They're all pleased with everything. I ended up getting a different car since, so we'll have to see. It's under warranty just in case.
