This place is a LOSER! I have to wonder if the positive reviews were written by the owner! I know for a fact that they pay to have negative reviews removed. The owner is a trashy hoarder. Not only does she hoard things, but she hoards ANIMALS!! She has 6+ poodles that she breeds to death and these dogs live in cages their whole lives!! The facility is so old and broken down, rusty, etc. it is not safe for your pets and it is filthy, nasty, gross! The kennel area has no working drains so all cleaning is done with nasty mops (instead of hosing down and sanitizing and squeegee as it should be done) the cages are rusted, some are broken and sharp. Employee turnover is so high they never have any properly trained staff. Management is a nightmare!!
