I initially planned to wait @ the dealership while my truck was being serviced---changed my mind and requested shuttle service and waited @ home. Service rep called when vehicle was ready for pick up and dispatched shuttle to pick me up. Upon arrival @ dealership, spoke with Service rep who reviewed work performed and charges, including discounts (had front brakes replaced and 5K oil change/service). I belatedly remembered the passenger side rear door wouldn't open from the inside and mentioned this to the service rep. She walked to the vehicle with me and checked a few things, noticing the 'child safety lock' was not in the proper position. She quickly remedied the problem. All in all, a very good experience with the Service Dept.
