Routine Service 4/9/2014

Very pleasant service advisor. Didn't come up with things that "need service". Vancouver Toyota has never "suggested" services that were "extras". Very pleased. Car was ready before promised. more

Service department experience 4/9/2014

My latest experience in the service department was an extremely pleasant one. Mike Hoff took very good care of us. Just one more reason why we have been loyal Vancouver Toyota customers for over a decade. With purchasing four cars from McCords we haven't had much opportunity to use the service dept. but the few times have lead to us being lifelong customers. Thank you Mike. more

Down one star because no donuts ....Would recommend for service but not necessary buying a vehicle ...after my last experience getting really screwed by that sales man who sold me the 2010 Prius...the guy that sold he 07 was great but seems he was not around ...wish he had been. more

Super Duper! 4/8/2014

Wow, I haven't had a new car in about thirty years. Things have changed! And for the better. I love the service I get when I come into the dealership. I feel special and valued as a customer. From the young man who greets me in the garage to the one at the desk, really great service. I chose to sit by the fire while they fixed my minor issue. I almost didn't want to leave it was so comfy! I am so glad I bought a car from Vancouver Toyota. more

Always treated with a smile when i arrive, and enjoy the relaxation while my car is being serviced. Even though my overall rating is a 5, i would suggest that they do a little better on a car wash / vacuum interior....thank you more
