Incredible! Frank was very professional and knowledgeable about the Ford Edge my husband and I purchased. He went the extra mile too make sure we were completely satisfied with the service provided. After we had finalized the deal and took possession of the vehicle, Frank came out with us to install the Sime Card for the Navigation System and also to Sync our IPhones into the system. Once we got home, we noticed a scratch about 18" wide. I immediately called Frank to let him know what we had discovered. No Problem, he said, bring it back in the morning, I'll be there at 9:00. My Husband, Ken drove it in, and he was met by Frank & Andy and they resolved the problem within 15 minutes and he was back on the road too home, very satisfied with the service he received.
