My Beloved Mother recently passed away and my siblings and i decided to let MT.CARMEL FUNERAL HOME provide the services for my mother.I am sad to say that MR.Martinez who just so happens is the owner was extremely rude to my brother and showed no compassion whatso ever through out our sad ordeal. like MS.Reva stated in prior review we went through the same problems with him. He kept making light of things seemed like we were there to buy a car.My beloved mother was not prepared in time so her beautiful was very swollen by the time the rosery came around. He gave my brother some lame excuse.Out of all this there was one young lady Leslie M.that was very lovely and compassionate she did everything in her power to make us feel somewhat better.My sister works at a nursing home and relatives are always asking her where to go in their hour of need well she now knows not to recommend MT CARMEL.Hopefully other people will not have to go through the same problems we did.if possible go somwhere else.
