As a recent college grad with 5 years customer service experience (medical receptionist, pharmacy tech, claims rep etc.) I would say not to waste your time with Staffing Kc. I called their office and spoke with Roses, who was rude and condescending. Despite that I still sent my updated resume and completed their online test as she suggested. Within 4mins of receiving my resume, she emailed me and said they didn't have anything for someone with my level of experience. Then she kindly referred me to a staffing agency that specializes in production & factory jobs. Thanks for nothing Roses!
