As someone who exhausted their own abilities to find employment after being laid off from my previous job of 10yrs, I feel not only lucky but blessed to be referred to the AWESOME ladies at Staffing Kansas City. They not only helped me acquire a job that fit my skill set but truly assisted me in starting over with my career. They were all warm and caring from the minute I walked in the door and sat down. I can't say enough great things about them all. Roses and Shelley were fabulous and I could tell they sincerely cared about me and were going to work as hard as they could to help me with my job placement. I never write reviews but I in this instance I felt compelled to extend my gratitude and share my experience. If you're looking for employment, look no further. The ladies that work there are always willing to go above and beyond to help me find exactly what I am looking for. Staffing Kansas City was great to work with. They did a good job of surveying my skill set and credentials and set up interviews for positions that were a good fit for me. I was able to choose from several different opportunities and took a part time temp position that fit my lifestyle needs perfectly. Staffing Kansas City is wonderful. I have an arts background so I have been employed mostly through restaurants, retail or various office support jobs. SKC was able to place me in three different temp positions, and in between each job they called me to set up interviews for possible placement. I absolutely recommend working with them. They list all current jobs on their website, and every time you call you get to speak with an actual person. I also appreciate that every time I go in to get my paycheck they remember my name and want to talk with me! more

As a recent college grad with 5 years customer service experience (medical receptionist, pharmacy tech, claims rep etc.) I would say not to waste your time with Staffing Kc. I called their office and spoke with Roses, who was rude and condescending. Despite that I still sent my updated resume and completed their online test as she suggested. Within 4mins of receiving my resume, she emailed me and said they didn't have anything for someone with my level of experience. Then she kindly referred me to a staffing agency that specializes in production & factory jobs. Thanks for nothing Roses! more

This company: No ethical incentives for referrals and no positive feedback from those referred. They discuss 'partnership' but they certainly don't (partner) or look out for the best interest of their employee. Not surprised by the word 'clique' to describe their relationship building approach.\r \r Skilled at misrepresenting the employee, who may address their motives. Most interested in what serves them best! Unattractive and insincere. Low interest in employees. more

They are COMPLETELY unprofessional! ! ! Wasting time to dress up for the interview would not be to your advantage. They have the manners of college sorority or high school girls in a clique. Phone calls are not returned, e-mails are skimmed over(& what you sat will need to be repeated, like a teenager) positions are looked at truly for who is qualified vs. who belongs in their clique. They do not submit people for positions, even if you meet every skill required(2 college degrees-90% test score&10 years experience. Frankly I'm more qualified than they are), unless you meet their clique standards. Utterly disappointed that I have even met these people! ! If their website seems stuck-up, its not just you! They really are that poorly mannered. more
