My car needed an alignment and oil change. They got me in for an appointment on Christmas Eve on very short notice. I needed the car back by noon so I could finish a few errands and they were able to accomodate me. My car is now driving great! My only concern was when I was checking my car in. The service rep was not the most pleasant person to deal with. However when my 18 yr old son came in to see why it was taking so long, the service rep changed his whole attitude and became very friendly and nice. Just makes me wonder if I was treated different cause I'm a woman? Hopefully this was not the case. I am very knowledgeable about my car and autos. I was taught by my dad when I was 16 yrs old about taking care of my vehicle. Otherwise great service!!
