Unexpected repairs 3/8/2014

I walked in to have a headlight fixed and my rear hatch wiper. There was not any problem - I was taken in and the car repaired that same morning. The price was very fair and the rear wiper was fixed for free. more

Very disappointed that some sort of discount could not be given on todays service as it apparent to me that this was an install problem originally versus the reason it happened is that the stem on the tird simply dried out cuasing the leak. more

Great Service 1/6/2014

My car needed an alignment and oil change. They got me in for an appointment on Christmas Eve on very short notice. I needed the car back by noon so I could finish a few errands and they were able to accomodate me. My car is now driving great! My only concern was when I was checking my car in. The service rep was not the most pleasant person to deal with. However when my 18 yr old son came in to see why it was taking so long, the service rep changed his whole attitude and became very friendly and nice. Just makes me wonder if I was treated different cause I'm a woman? Hopefully this was not the case. I am very knowledgeable about my car and autos. I was taught by my dad when I was 16 yrs old about taking care of my vehicle. Otherwise great service!! more

Selling parts you dont need 11/6/2013

My husband had changed the cabin air filter in late July, I was told that it was "packed,filthy and needed to be changed" at this encounter. My husband questioned this and wanted to see the part that was so "packed and dirty" the story changed when he physically showed up to see this part. This bothers me because as a female, I need a place to take my vehicle that I will get honest information. I have been going to your business for many years, has this occurred before, being told that parts are bad and needed to be changed???? more

I brought in my car with a nail in the tire. Though it was near to closing time, I was taken care of immediately. I take many of my car's needs to Muskego Tire and Auto and always feel I am well taken care of. more
