I have been a patient for three years already and from day one I have had terrible experiences with this doctor’s office. I go to the doctor only when I really feel I need to, that is why I keep having this office as my primary care. But I am done. No more. When I went for the first time I waited for half an hour. They took me inside a room and they forgot about me and after an hour in the room I got out and told them that I was there. After another hour in there I got my things and I went to the front office and I told them I was leaving and I wanted my copay back. Anytime I go I have to wait more than an hour between the lobby and the patient’s room. The front office people are tremendously RUDE. But the top of the outraged experience was a month ago when I went for my annual checkup and after signing so many papers that stated that this visit is solely for a physical and no other issue will be discussed. During the visit Dr. Asha Sethi told me that I was a little stuffed and prescribed some medicine (I did not take it). Now they are charging me $82 dollars because my cold treatment. I did not go for a cold I went for my annual checkup, I did not ask her to send me medicine. I had a cold and it did not need a doctor’s visit. It seems to me that they are double dipping. Getting money twice for one visit even though I signed the papers that said explicitly the appointment is only for a well checkup. \r
