This company was extremely difficult to contact. It took three months after purchasing a LivingSocial deal to actually be able to redeem it due to difficulty reaching this company. We called and emailed with no response. Once we did receive a response, we asked questions only to receive an automated email response that did not answer the question. \r

You are able to choose the day you would like them to come, but you have no ability to choose a time frame. We were told they would arrive late morning to early afternoon, and be in our home with two cleaners for 1.25 hours but only one arrived at 3:30pm. We paid for 2.5 man hours of cleaning, but had to cut it short due to late arrival and only one person arriving.\r

The cleaning service they provided was great and the lady was cordial. She did a great job. However, I would not recommend their service due to poor communication.
