Kristal Klear Cleaning

This company was extremely difficult to contact. It took three months after purchasing a LivingSocial deal to actually be able to redeem it due to difficulty reaching this company. We called and emailed with no response. Once we did receive a response, we asked questions only to receive an automated email response that did not answer the question. \r \r You are able to choose the day you would like them to come, but you have no ability to choose a time frame. We were told they would arrive late morning to early afternoon, and be in our home with two cleaners for 1.25 hours but only one arrived at 3:30pm. We paid for 2.5 man hours of cleaning, but had to cut it short due to late arrival and only one person arriving.\r \r The cleaning service they provided was great and the lady was cordial. She did a great job. However, I would not recommend their service due to poor communication. more

This twosome cleaning crew talked a great deal about how their expertise in cleaning was hands down the best, over and over again. We paid for a complete home cleaning prior to moving into the rental, that was not cleaned before we arrived. Sure they did a bit of dipe and wipe in cetain areas, especially the stairs since I had made a big deal about how really gross they were, and the bathrooms. But the oven, fridge, kitchen cabinets and carpets...were exactly the way they looked when we left the house ""in their capable hands"". I would have tackled this job myself when we arrived but I was incapacitated by a flare up of ankylosing spondylitis. We are in the process of getting ready to leave our rental and we borrowed a home carpet cleaner from our neighbors....guess what...the entire carpet that this ""professional crew"" left almost exactly as it was when we first saw the house, stained (they said they could not get it out, no matter that they cleaned well past 11pm...I don't think so) became like a new carpet. Oh, we have called and left a message as well and no one has bothered to return our call. I would never recommend this cleaning company to anyone. More than 1/2 a grand down the drain...for substandard work. more
