Interesting comments. I wish I had read them before buying anything here. The customer service is terrible. I brought a bike from this establishment and when I brought it in for a tune-up it caused the motor to burn out within a couple of weeks, then when I brought it back in to find out what had happened they let it sit in their shop for months. I gave up and got it but it was returned missing parts. Just for asking for the parts back, the establishment lied and started calling me names. I gave up trying to get my parts back and would recommend everyone steer clear of this place. If you have any doubts about this post, check out the BBB. It takes a lot of work to get an ""F"" rating. You can get the same bike many other places cheaper and with a lot less hassle.... I would also like to know where Curtis is....
