In search of a new vet, I occasionally put them to the test, in order to find a vet that cares more about my pet’s health than money. Ya know, make sure their priorities are in line.\r

So I brought my cat, Linny, (who was diagnosed with a heart murmur) to multiple vet offices and asked for their vet’s quick opinion- listen to his heart and tell me if it sounds like a problem I should have checked out, or a minor, harmless murmur. Let me start by saying that every one of these vets had an empty waiting room and plenty of time on their hands to spend a measly 2 minutes with me to offer their professional advice. The vet didn’t even HAVE to talk to me, I would have been content with a tech bringing him to the back, letting the vet check him, and then passing along the message to me.\r
