Our vet diagnosed Wobblers and referred us to this hospital for surgery and I admit, I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews. However, from the second we arrived to the second we took our dog home, our experience was a good one. \r

The staff was friendly and plentiful - you can't walk 3 feet without running into someone who works there. The neurologist we saw (Dr. Carerra) was AMAZING and explained everything to us using terminology we understood. She was not only familiar with the surgery itself but with the breed and I felt comfortable leaving her in her hands. They promised phone calls to follow up and they came as promised. When we had questions, they took their time to answer them. I never felt rushed or like I was bothering anyone. We never waited more than 10 minutes to see someone either. \r
