Called for help with a GFCI problem. Jaimes came promptly, calling before hand, showing up right on time. Quickly diagnosed the problem, along with noting a safety concern which could easily be remedied, and provided several, cost effective solutions, from doing the work ourselves (with product recommendations) to the John Moore team providing different levels of service. Jaimes was courteous, prompt and provided the answers needed. He is an excellent example of John Moore's team. We use them every time, for plumbing and electrical and highly recommend them!
