I called preferred plumbing a week And a half ago, and received satisfactory service. They snaked my main line and said it would be a temporary fix . Little did I know temporary only meant a week! Yesterday evening I was washing clothes when my shower started filling with sewage. I promptly called preferred plumbing and was told I would receive a call from their dispatch. I waited all evening and never heard from anyone. I called again in the morning, was transferred twice only to find out I called the wrong number. They gave me a number to a closer office. I then was transferred two more times and told I would receive a call when a tech was heading over. 2 hours later I received another call asking if it was ok to send the tech and I said yes of course. She then said they would call again when he was heading over. I have been waiting for 20 hours for someone to show up. Meanwhile I can't shower, or finish my laundry. I am very dissatisfied and I wish I would have called someone else.

Amber I apologize for your poor experience. Please provide me your address and ill get a supervisor over right away to clean your drain at no charge and also assess your whole system. We obviously dropped the ball on this one and I apologize.
