I placed an order early Monday morning. I sent two emails days later asking if the order had been shipped and found out a day later that it had been held up for a single item that was not in stock (not indicated on web site). I told them to send it anyways and had two send additional emails to find out it was waiting till the following week because of the chocolate. When it was ready to be shipped, they told me that my credit card had been denied. I had paid them the week prior through Paypal!
