I place a order on Nov 17th, was told back ordered for 6 weeks. No problem, didn't need until Jan. Now it is March, item still hasn't shipped and they wont give me a refund. It is $350. Reported to better business bureau and working on small claims court now. Absolutely ridiculous! I agreed to 6 week back order, not 6 months!! Emailed customer service, no response.

The item you ordered is only produced once a year by the manufacture and we are on a waiting list to get this in.
After looking deeper into this, I discovered our customer service personnel did communicate with you over the phone and through email several times about the unique circumstances with this particular item. In fact you called our office three weeks ago and this was discussed again then?
Based on this review it would appear you no longer want to wait for this item.
We have taken you off the list and your order has been canceled. Your PayPal payment has also been refunded.
