The dealer enlisted the help of the regional Infiniti technical representative to diagnose and resolve an intermittent transmission issue. They were patient and thorough in the test drive, and covered the cost even though I had just passed the calendar part of my warranty (still within mileage limits). As always, the service department staff were professional and courteous.
