We bought our Hyundai Sonata new at Hyundai of Tempe. We've had problems with our electric door locks for literally years. When ever we took the car to Hyundai of Tempe and asked them to check the door locks they could never find what was wrong. Now the warranty is up and they've identified the problem and are ready to fix it. I think some type of assistance could have been provided by the dealership consider that the problem has been ongoing and documented at the dealership. Instead they simply said "sorry", there is nothing we can do. I give Hyudai of Tempe three starts because the majority of the time they provide good service.
