No one knows what is going on. Have to take my car in a 3rd time for the tint to be done correctly. Read the fine print! They will say anything to make the sale. Should have gone ...

Car service 4/8/2014

John Pereyra is my service person. Service is always good. Usually done in the time promised. Everything that is going to be done and is done is explained. If something comes up, a call is made with an explanation. This hardly ever happens, but when it does it is something that is necessary. Service people are always very friendly and courteous! more

Service is the key to owning any make of car. If the service is lacking it is time to move on to a auto co. that understands how important service is. We all know that all makes will require service at some point and knowing up front you will be taken care of is the key factor is buying a car. more

Concerned about my car problems, listening and wanting to understand my thoughts. 3/28/2014

Great staff, Casey was my advisor, great representative for the Service Depart. and all were sincere. I was there 7 hrs as I had a lot to fix. They explained all the maintenance to be done and those I was concerned about which they discounted and not needing to be done. They kept be abreast of its status and any delays that they ran into which I would not considered to be a delay. Even the General Manager approached me asked how long I had been there and if I had any concerns or needed anything or to go any where. Great Organization ! more

A Truly Excellent Dealership. 3/11/2014

My wife and I have put around 30,000 miles on our new 2012 Hyundai Sonata. We have been taking the vehicle into the dealership where we purchased it for regular warranty maintenance service. During this time, we have have been treated with nothing but tender loving care, but from sales and now service. We can not recommend this dealership enough to anyone interested in looking for a world class organization. Excellent, excellent, excellent! more
