I recently went to Dorset to have my ac checked out to see why it wasn't working.It was there for three hours and no reply.Called to see how my car was coming along they told me my compressor was leaking,my hvac blower fan didn't work and my oil pan was leaking. Didn't go for a pan check only ac.They gave me a price of over 1500.00 to fix everything.Funny thing is the blower fan worked fine as i use it every day not to mention it was new i put it in myself.So i went to another garage to get a second opinion and in 5 minutes the mechanic found the problem.It was a 160.00 part,not to mention there was no charge for the service to check it.Dorset charged me almost 50.00 My ac is up and running for less than 300.00 and Dorset wanted over 1000.00 dollars.I wouldn't recommend anybody going there as they are crooks and will only take your money.Very unprofessional way of doing business with the public.If they would have at least offered to refund my money i would have had more faith in that place.And omg 500.00 dollars to have a oil pan gasket replaced highway robbery.talk about price gouging.Better i add an extra quart every few months.
