I have been going to this dealership for several years to get my car serviced. However, recently after my turbo charger had to be replaced (at 52,000 miles at a cost of $3000), I went in to pick up my car. None of the service consultants came out to talk to me about my car and the repairs. I was directed to the cashier, paid my hefty bill, and then was given my keys to the car. When I went to the car I noticed some brown grime on the hood which I thought was just dirt that they missed when washing my car, so I left the dealership since I was in a hurry to get to a meeting. Two weeks later I decided to take the car back in to get it rewashed since the grime was still on the hood but they couldn't get it off at the carwash. They took it back to the service department and told me they got the brown stuff off but it had messed up my clear coat/paint. When I tried to talk to the service director about it, he told me they wouldn't do anything about it and it wasn't there when it left the dealership! The service director Jeff Holt was completely rude and dismissive and told me he WOULD NOT do anything for me. I've never had a complaint in 6 years about the service department but Jeff Holt has made me swear off ever purchasing an Audi or servicing it at this dealership. This is the worst service manager I have ever dealt with. He didn't even seem sympathetic or like he cared that I've been going there for 6 years. DON'T GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP unless you want to risk them messing up your car and not fixing what they mess up.
