Signed up a one year contract with West Hartford PT solutions, charged me $149 for four credits of training. Trainers did not show up on time, frantically calling my cell phone to cancel, leaving me messages, when I tried to book three training sessions. That I paid for, the administrator Dorothy District Manager, went into my account to cancel three of my future bookings.\r

When I arrived to see the trainer at 6:00 p.m, the trainer was surprised to see me. See I hadn't received the cancellation emails yet. Then the trainer told another WOW employee he wasn't going to train me anymore. At 6:30 he was training someone else.\r

This case is now being investigated by the BBB, and my bank. Oh, did I mention they don't do refunds. \r

Stay away from this gym. FRAUDS.
